Fall Festival

The Walnut Square School annual Fall Festival will be held on Sunday, October 14th from 12-2pm.  We need volunteers to participate in all areas of the festival.  You’re wondering how you can take part…it’s simple…just tell us!!  No experience necessary!  Participation includes anything from providing supplies, to helping set up and/or breakdown, baking something in advance for the bake sale, spending time at a table during the event itself or providing donations for the basket raffle.  It’s fun getting to know Walnut Square families and the kids LOVE IT!!

Scholastic Book Fair

Our annual Fall Scholastic book fair will be October 26th – November 2nd. Volunteer forms will be sent home a few weeks before this.  Please complete and return the form to volunteer for classroom time slots.  You can sign up for multiple class times if you like and you are not required to volunteer for your child’s class time.

Little Elves Shop

 This annual event is held in December.  Volunteers can help setup, breakdown and/or help students shop for family and friends.  This is a fun event that the students enjoy being apart of.

Field Day

Field Day is an exciting time to volunteer!! This is held in June each year.  Stay tuned for a date to be announced. If you have any ideas you think the kids would enjoy, please let us know. All volunteers must have a CORI form on file with Haverhill Public Schools. If you do not have one, please contact the office to request one, 978-374-3471.
